It is set in 3 acres of land with superb views and is ideal for those seeking peace and quiet.

The Coach House accommodation for 4 people comprises of:

      Private drive with ample parking.  It is fully double glazed, central heating throughout and has its own private water supply. 

      Large stone flagged entrance hall with staircase leading to open plan living space.

      Living room with views of the surrounding fells.  Comfortable seating, Modern wall mounted electric fire, TVwith Sky, DVD.

There is wireless broadband internet access available. 

      Well equipped kitchen with electric cooker, microwave and fridge.  Dining area with pine table and chairs. 

      Double bedroom with wonderful views.

      Shower room with toilet, hand basin, shaver point.

      Further staircase to twin bedded room with views over the rising fells to the rear.

      A high chair, cot, stairgates and fire guard are available upon request.

      Cost is inclusive of heating, linen and towelling.

      Garden furniture and BBQ provided. 

      Available all year, long and short breaks by arrangement.


The grounds incorporate a 9 hole putting green with equipment and fishing is available locally. 

The accommodation provides the perfect base from which to explore the Dales and surrounding areas.
